​1. Sponsor

The Amazon Gift Card Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Gowns and Gardens House of Charities Inc., also known as GG House ("Sponsor"), a nonprofit public charity.

2. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to individuals who meet the age and participation requirements established for the applicable GG House workshop or event. Participants must be registered and attend the applicable workshop to be eligible to win.

​

No purchase, donation, or payment of any kind is necessary to participate or win.

​

3. Attendance Requirement

Participants must be present and actively attending the workshop when the giveaway takes place to qualify as a potential winner.

​

Registration alone does not constitute eligibility to win. Individuals who register but do not attend, leave before the giveaway, or are otherwise absent when winners are announced will not be eligible to claim a prize.

​

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected during the applicable workshop through a random drawing or other announced giveaway selection method.

​

When a participant's name is called, they must be present and respond promptly to claim their prize.

If a selected participant does not respond when called, is not present, or cannot be verified as eligible, they will forfeit their opportunity to win. GG House reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Repeat Winners

Participants may win an Amazon Gift Card giveaway more than once; however, an individual must wait at least three (3) months from the date of their previous win before becoming eligible to win again.

A participant who has won within the preceding three-month period will not be eligible for another prize until the three-month waiting period has passed.

6. Prizes

Prizes may include Amazon Gift Cards in amounts announced by GG House for the applicable workshop or event.

​

The number of prizes, gift card amounts, and availability may vary by event. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer.

7. Prize Distribution

Winners will receive their Amazon Gift Cards electronically using the email address provided to GG House.

​

Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact information. GG House is not responsible for gift cards that cannot be delivered due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

​

8. General Conditions

GG House reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, disqualify individuals who do not comply with these terms, and modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway when circumstances require, subject to applicable law.

​

Participation in a giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

​

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with a giveaway will be used for eligibility verification, winner notification, prize distribution, and other purposes consistent with GG House's Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and Amazon Relationship

Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, GG House or its giveaways. The Amazon name and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All giveaways are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
